Gebakkramen

"Hollandse gebakkramen' the pop-up stores that are there from halfway through November and gone the day after new years eve.

It's a typical Dutch tradition. They mainly sell 'oliebollen', a kind of donut without the glazed stuff. And tastier.
Some are decorated like light castles full of mirrors and light bulbs, others are just as simple as the normal 'frietcar'.

They have this staged atmosphere. Like a movie scene. The time of year, the dutch weather, and the grey skies give them a certain kind of loneliness. Although they are part of a happy event.
